If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully. If your item meets the criteria below, you can return it for an online credit note. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or fit.

• Online credit notes: Issued after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Returns will be processed within 1-2 days of reaching us. Online credits do not expire and will be emailed as an online gift card to the same email address on your order. Please check your junk mail for this credit.

• Return postage: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Tracked postage is recommended as we are not liable for lost or damaged parcels.

• Faulty or incorrect items: Email willowandlace@bigpond.com with a photo for assistance. Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied will be the responsibility of Willow and Lace.

• Exchanges: We are unable to provide exchanges for online purchases. If you need a different size or style, you will need to place a new order via our online store. You can choose to repurchase immediately or wait for your online credit note to be processed.

• Afterpay returns: Returns remain subject to the Willow and Lace returns policy. If you wish to return your item/s you will be issued with an online credit note for the total value of the item/s returned. Your agreement with Afterpay will remain and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. 

Please note that while very effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

How to Return:

1.      Ensure your item meets the returns criteria below.

2.      Include the packing slip that you received in your return package or include your name, number and email address on a note.

Returns Criteria:

• Items must be received within:

• 14 days (Australia)

• 21 days (international)

• Items must be in original condition:

• Unworn, unwashed, and with ALL swing tags attached.

• Free of stains, fake tan, damage, and odours such as perfume, washing powder or deodorant.

• Exclusions: Bodysuits, jewellery, swimwear, intimates, and sale items. Any Sale items which are returned to us will be returned to sender.

This policy is in conjunction with the Australian Consumer Laws (ACL).
